Blackbeard, or Edward Teach, is thought to have been born c. 1680 in, or near, Bristol, England.  Folklore has it that he would put smoking fuses in his long black hair and beard before a battle, thus appearing, to some who saw him in battle, as the devil.  He also wore several pistols strapped to his body.  Because Teach operated in the West Indies, this Pirate Coin Kit contains up to 8 coins of the West Indies and Carribean, and 2 metal Spanish Main replicas.  This one ounce copper round is encased in a hard plastic case with a velour pouch.  coin origins, dates and denominartions may vary.
